Commissioning steps of the precision four-column hydraulic cutting press machine

Precision four-column cutting machine to prepare the position of the machine, the three-phase power number of anti-wear hydraulic oil (please buy brands such as Great Wall, Shell, etc.) machine, the foot of the spare rubber pad, and fixed the foot wire.
Install the spare two-root brackets. Open the middle cover plate of the machine with the inner hexagon silk knife, number anti-wear hydraulic oil.
After the machine is connected, (three fire wire, one ground wire), open the machine power switch and the oil pump working switch, immediately close the power switch; the staff faces the motor blade, see the motor blade turn clockwise or counterclockwise, and must turn clockwise. If the motor blade is rotated counterclockwise, in the case of power failure, arbitrarily adjust the position of a fire line.
Preheat the machine, adjust the cutting depth to close the closing setting switch, move the setting handle down to the middle position, and press both hands to heat the machine for more than ten times.
Place the tray (movable table board, white up), and place the nylon pad on the tray (the size of the table) with the blade down. After placing, push the tray into the machine table, and the edge of the pad coincides with the edge of the machine table. Release the setting handle (turn the handle counterclockwise) and open the setting switch.
At this time, the machine drops and presses the knife mold, pad and tray. Move the setting handle up and down several times to prevent the setting from coming down. Tighten the setting handle (clockwise) and close the setting switch.
Drag out the tray, place the material (waste material) under the knife mold (opposite material), then push the tray into the working table, the edge of the pad is aligned with the edge of the working table.
At this point, the cutting depth must be set or it will damage the knife mold.
Press the cutting button above the machine, and pull out the tray to see if the material is cut.
If there is no cutting, fine tune the cutting depth, adjust a scale to see the effect; without cutting, adjust a scale to try again; if there is no cutting, then adjust half a scale to try again. Only to just cut, and then half the scale can be.
Remember to only fine-tune the cutting depth.
Warning: Staff should not put their hands into the working table at any time!
