3. Inject 68 # or 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil into the oil tank, and the oil surface shall not be less than the oil filter net side
4. Connect the 380V three-phase power supply, press the oil pump start button, adjust and keep the motor steering in the direction of the arrow.

1. First turn the depth controller (fine tuning knob) to zero.
2. Turn on the power switch, press the start button of the oil pump, run for two minutes, and observe whether the system is normal.
3. Put the push and pull board, rubber board, workpiece and knife mold in the middle of the workbench in order.
4. Tool mode (knife mode setting).
①. Release the handle, fall to the bottom and lock.
②. Switch right rotation, ready to cut.
③. Double-click the green button for trial, the depth is controlled by fine tuning.
④. Fine tuning: turn the fine tuning button, left rotation to reduce the shallow, right rotation to deepen.
⑤. Stroke adjustment: rotating rise height controller, right rotation stroke increased, left rotation stroke reduced, the stroke can be freely adjusted in the range of 50-200mm (or 50-250mm), normal production above the pressure distance about 50mm from the top of the knife mold stroke is appropriate.
Special attention: every time you replace the knife mold, workpiece or pad, set the knife stroke again, otherwise, the knife mold and pad will be damaged.
Security matters:
①, In order to ensure safety, it is strictly prohibited to extend your hands and other parts of the body into the cutting area during operation. Before maintenance, the power supply must be turned off, and wooden blocks or other hard objects should be placed in the cutting area to prevent the pressure plate from getting out of control after pressure relief and causing accidental personal injury.
②, Under special circumstances, when the pressure plate needs to rise immediately, you can press the reset button, stop, press the power brake button (red button), and the whole system will immediately stop operation.
③, the operation must hit the two buttons on the pressure plate, do not change one hand, or pedal operation.
Why does the rocker arm cutting machine not cut?
Rocker arm cutting machine belongs to small cutting equipment, flexible use, the plant requirements are not high, small volume does not take up space and other advantages, so it is widely used.
When the rocker arm cutting machine takes a long time, there may be both hands press the cutting button at the same time, but the machine did not cut action, swing arm does not press down, what is the reason?
Encounter such problems, first, check whether the internal wire part of the handle falls off, if the wire falls off, you can use the screw driver fixed; second, check whether the two buttons are broken, because of the punch button, a long time, the bad possibility is too large, the punch button is the key, the third, circuit board problems, check the lamp on the circuit board is normal, if you do not understand the suggestion to contact the original manufacturer.

1, the pad hardness is not enough
With the improvement of work efficiency, the cutting times of the pad becomes more, and the replacement speed of the pad becomes faster. Some customers use low-hardness pads to save costs. The pad does not have enough strength to offset the large cutting force, so that the material can not be simply cut, and then produce rough edges. It is recommended to use higher hardness pads such as nylon, electric wood.

2. Too many cuts at the same position
Due to the high feeding accuracy of the automatic cutting machine, the knife mold is often cut in the same position, so that the cutting amount of the pad in the same position is too large. If the cut material is soft, the material will be squeezed into the cut seam along with the knife mold, resulting in trimming or cutting. It is recommended to replace the pad plate or add the pad micro-moving device in time.
3. The machine pressure is unstable
The frequency of the automatic cutting machine is very high, which is easy to cause the oil temperature to rise. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil will become lower as the temperature rises, and the hydraulic oil becomes thin. Thin hydraulic oil can cause insufficient pressure, resulting in sometimes smooth material cutting edges and sometimes material cutting edges. It is recommended to add more hydraulic oil or increase oil temperature reduction devices such as air cooler or water cooler.
4, the knife mold is blunt or the selection error
The frequency of automatic cutting machine is very high, and the use frequency of knife mold is more than that of ordinary four-column cutting machine, which accelerates the aging of knife die. After the knife mold becomes blunt, the cutting material is forcibly broken rather than cut off, resulting in hairy margins. If there are rough edges at the beginning, we need to consider the selection of the knife mold. Simply speaking, the sharper the knife mold, the better the cutting effect, and the less the chance of edge generation. A laser knife mode is recommended.
