Maintenance method of cutting press machine:
1. The hydraulic oil should be replaced for 3 months after the first use of the machine. The hydraulic oil should be replaced, and the oil filter network should be cleaned or replaced. The damage of the valve pump caused by the replacement does not belong to the warranty scope. Zhicheng Machinery recommends that the hydraulic oil use 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil.
2. Damage caused by the machine by overload.
3. Defects caused by secondary injuries caused by natural disasters.
4. Human accident caused by negligence or wrong handling.
5. Normal functional loss items, such as hydraulic oil, relay, fuse, indicator light, switch, oil filter net, time system, cutting plate, handle, pull plate, etc.
6. Warranty does not include attachment fees. For example: the economic loss caused by the failure and troubleshooting operations, any related personal injury and property loss.
Introduce the precautions for installation and commissioning:
(1)When setting the cutter, be sure to relax the set hand wheel, so that the setting rod touches the cutting point control switch, otherwise the cutter setting switch is turned to ON.
(2)When working, cut the knife should be placed in the central position of the upper plate as far as possible to avoid unilateral wear of the machinery and affect its life.
(3) Replace a new cutter. If the height is different, please reset it according to the setting method.
(4) When cutting the action, please leave the cutter or cut the board. It is strictly prohibited to cut the knife mold to avoid danger.
(5)If the operator needs to temporarily leave the position, please be sure to turn off the motor switch to avoid damaging the machine due to improper operation.
(6)Please avoid overloading the use to avoid damage to the machine and reduce the service life.
