2. Leakage
The leakage of the hydraulic system is divided into internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage occurs inside the system, such as leakage on both sides of the piston and between the spool and the valve body. External leakage refers to the leakage occurring in the external environment.

3. Vibration
The impact force caused by the high speed flow of hydraulic oil in the pipeline and the impact of the control valve are the causes of vibration. Excessive vibration amplitude will misindicate the system precision instrument, causing system failure.

② Avoid the sharp bends of pipe fittings and frequently change the hydraulic flow direction. The hydraulic system should have good vibration reduction measures, and also avoid the possible influence of the external vibration source on the hydraulic system.
In order to avoid the above problems in the hydraulic system, the following precautions should be taken when using the cutting machine:
1. When the machine is started every day, let the machine run for 1-2 minutes before cutting.
2. When the shutdown is stopped for more than one day, please relax the set handle to prevent damage to relevant parts. In the operation, the knife mold should be placed in the middle of the cutting surface (about between the two sides of the pull rod).
3. The machine should be cleaned once a day before leaving work, and keep the electrical parts clean at any time. Check the screws for locking.
4. The lubrication system in the body should be checked regularly, and the oil filter in the oil tank should be cleaned once a month. Or feel the oil pump must be cleaned when the noise of the increase. The fuel tank will be cleaned up when the hydraulic oil is replaced.
5. Pay attention to check and maintain the oil level in the oil tank at any time. The hydraulic oil surface should be 30m / m higher than the oil filter principle, but do not install the oil tank. If there is a serious loss, please find out the cause in time and take corresponding measures.
6. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank needs to be replaced in about 2400 hours of use, especially when the first oil of the new machine is replaced in about 2000 hours. After the new machine is installed or the oil change, the oil filter net should be cleaned for about 500 hours.
7. The oil pipe, the joint should be locked can not have oil leakage phenomenon, the oil pipe work can not make the oil pipe friction, to prevent damage.
8. When the oil pipe is to be removed, the pad should be placed at the bottom of the seat, so that the seat drops to the block to prevent the leakage of shallow circulating oil. Note that the motor should be completely stopped without pressure before removing the oil pressure system parts.
9. If the machine is not operating, be sure to stop the motor, otherwise it will greatly reduce the service life of the machine.
