After over 10 years of manufacturing and testing, HUAYING designed out this special standard heat seal cutting machine for the 3M Thinsulate Insulation material, which used in car automotive manufacturing industry for souldproof.
And you can see from the video, the thinsulate insulation material always is in rolls. So the standard model for the die cutting machine is with the holder and unwinder to auto feeding, and rewinder at the out-feeding side tot rewind the wastings after cutting.
The key point for the insulation heating sealing and die cutting at the same time, is the strong pressure and heavy stamping, to seal the edge successfully. To solve this problem, we adapt 200 tons max hydraulic pressure, and more important, we design a very THICK/HIGH cutting head. Based on the heavy steel head, the sealing is such easy!
