HYP2 XCLP2 Series Four-column Hydraulic Cutting Press Machine

The machine is used to cut leather, rubber, plastic, paperboard, cloth, sponge, nylon, imitation leather, PVC board and other materials with shaped die cuter in processing leather, producing cloth, case and bag, package, toys, stationery, automobile and other industries.

1.Based on the Type of Beam:
Swing Beam Press:The beam press with swing beam or rocking beam .The beam can swing left or right side by your hand.
Fixed Beam Press:The beam press with upper fixed beam.The fixed beam always same size as lower beam.
Movable Beam Press:The beam press with upper movable beam.The movable beam have two styles:Horizontal moving and vertical moving.
Straight Ram Beam Press：The beam press with straight ram .It is for large area punching ,forming or cutting material.
2.Based on the Number of Beams:
Double Beam Press:The beam press have two beams with one upper beam and one lower beam.
Three Beam Press:The beam press have threes beams with two upper beams and one lower beam.
3.Based on the number of Column/Post/Pillar:
Double Column/Post/Pillars Beam Press:The beam press have two Column/Post/Pillars.
Four Column/Post/Pillars Beam Press:The beam press have four Column/Post/Pillars.
Six Column/Post/Pillars Beam Press:The beam press have six Column/Post/Pillars.
Eight Column/Post/Pillars Beam Press:The beam press have Eight Column/Post/Pillars.

Hand Beam Press:The beam press using hand power to create the pressure.
Mechanical Beam Press:The beam press with mechanical system.
Hydraulic Beam Press:The beam press with hydraulic system.
Pneumatic Beam Press:The beam press utilize the high-pressure air produced by the compressor.
4.Based on the Tonnage of Beam Press:
Mini Beam press:It is mini type beam press .Usually it is is hand beam press less than 5 ton beam press. for example: 1 ton beam press,2 ton beam press,3 tons ,4 tons 5 tons etc.,
Small Beam Press: Small type beam press .Usually it is swing beam press or mini full beam press .Usually it is less than 50 tons .for example 10 ton beam press,20 ton beam press,25 ton beam press ，30 ton beam pres,40 ton beam press, 50 ton beam press.
Medium Beam Press:Medium tyoe Beam Press .Usually it is fixed or movable beam press from 50 ton to  500 tons. For example : 100 ton beam press,200 ton beam press,500 ton beam press etc.,
Large Beam Press:Large type Beam Press .Usually it is full beam press more than 500 tons pressure. For example : 1000 ton beam press,2000 ton beam press,5000 ton beam press etc.,
